DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%. But we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone. If you are unhappy with your subscription, we will gladly refund your money. You can apply for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Note: We don't offer refunds for domains purchased from us. 

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I DON'T RENEW MY PLAN?

Visitors will be shown "This website is not available at the moment.' error message. However you will be able to access the website's administration area.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I DOWNGRADE MY PLAN?

Your website will continue to function as it was set on a higher plan. For example, if you had activated the ecommerce module in the Business Plan, then downgrade to the Free Plan, the ecommerce functionality will still function as intended (i.e it won't be deactivated). However, any additional posts, pages or products above the plan's limit will be put into draft status (will not be visible to the website visitors).

Cloud & Hosting

DO YOU OFFER STANDALONE HOSTING OPTIONS?

No. (Unless you request for a custom made website). A WordPress multisite network allows us to optimize our servers and abstract traditional hosting hassles for our clients. We take special care to pick our themes, plugins, and other features to make sure all our websites are blazing fast and secure. For these reasons, we only offer packages within our multisite network.

CAN I UPLOAD MY OWN WEBSITE?

We don't support this at the moment.

Development & Design

IS ANY DEVELOPMENT OR DESIGN INCLUDED IN THE PLANS?

At the moment we only offer technical support on issues related to servers, new plugin integrations, and general administration. We do not offer custom coding or design work as part of our hosting packages, but if you would want help with customizing your HostFiti website, you can get in touch with us.
